Recorder Headpiece Internals concept for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
The exterior design was already selected and passed to me. I was tasked with exploring how the device interfaced with the Recorder's heads. Went through a couple different versions exploring sleek and clean looks, and some more visceral slimy looks. Ultimately wasn't seen in the film, but had a lot of fun with it.
